i just gauged my ears.. there really swelled how do i get that down. ?

ice is a good idea. i always put some solution on them (stuff you can buy after getting a new piercing) and they seemed to be happy with it - the swelling never lasted long. if it does last more than a day or two, you might have stretched it too much and may want to get it checked out at a local studio. good luck.

Don't do to much at once that is probly why they are swollen you can keep it where it is at with ice to help the swelling make sure what ever you are using is sanitary if what ever you are using is not it may be infected but if it was you are pushing to hard.
