The movie is "Brain Donors" a comic remake of "A Night at the Opera", starring John Turturro (the Groucho character), Bob Nelson (the Harpo character), Mel Smith (Chico) and the late Nancy "The Sopranos" Marchand as the matronly Lillian Oglethorpe.
Turturro and Marchand are at a press conference, announcing their intentions to start a Metropolitan Ballet Co. Turturro introduces Marchand and says,
"And now, the woman who was voted Most Likely to Go Up a Few Dress Sizes, LILLIAN OGLETHORPE".
Just the way he says it cracks me up every durn time.

In Harold And Kumar - when Kumar is trying to free Harold from the jail cell and he is looking around for the keys - he finds that big bad of weed and starts having a little fantasy about dating the weed, marrying the weed, and then b*tch slapping the weed when she does not make good coffee - then he apologizes to the weed.
I just double over with laughter every time I watch that movie. I have seen this movie a billion times and I still laugh uncontrollably

The scene from "Acceppted" when Dean Van Horne's car explodes in the paking lot as he was walking towards it then it cuts to Bartleby Gaines and the Freaky Student. Bartleby Gaines: [cut to Bartleby Gaines and Freaky Student standing on hill on other side of parking lot] Whoa...
Freaky Student: I told ya....and befor in the movie the Freaky Student say: I want to learn how to blow up sh** with my mind.
Haaaa I allways laugh at that part!

pirates 1/2- too many to count<3
madagascar- basically any part with the penguins♥
monsters inc- for the birds in the beginning of the movie
there were a bunch in hoodwinked, cars and shrek

In City of Angels when Nicholas Cage is in the shower at the end of the movie and he walks forward and screams cuz the water is too hot and also when he sprays that stuff in his eyes

I totally crack up at all of the scenes in Happy Gilmore with Adam Sandler. My favorite scene is when he asks the golf ball (that just won't go in the hole) Are you too good for your home? Go Home!
