Ultimately you do, in stress, worry, energy expended in the anger, internalizing the anger, keeping it bottled up inside you, 'till you feel like you'll explode. That is not good for your body.

It depends, if a person makes me mad I take it out on them, if a situation makes me mad I take it out on my treadmill. Or you can be immature and take it out on people that had nothing to do with it. Just find a creative way to relieve your anger and frustration without getting others involved. Paint, go for a walk or jog, dance, or write everything and everyone that's bothering you on a piece of paper, and when your done rip it to shreds and flush it down the toilet. Believe it or not it helps relieve alot of stress.

Of course, being mad doesn't really accomplish anything but hurting yourself primarily. Oftentimes, the focus of your anger doesn't even realize that they've angered you--but you are left with all of the horrible, angry feelings. So, ultimately, yourself.
Other than that, I do my best to take my anger out on nobody--in fact, I try not to get angry at all.
But trust me, in spite of all that BS, if some one really pisses me off, I make sure they know about it. =)

whoever made me mad which is not wise. especially if that person really didnt do anything. sometimes when you get mad you just react instead of thinking. but once you have acted most of the time its too late to take it back or appologize. ive done this too many times. so i think if and when you get mad about something just take some time out and cool down b4 u start reacting. it will save friendships and people from getting mad and feelings getting hurt. it will save a lot of drama!!

I usually try to direct my anger into accomplishing something. Like dishes, or laundry or workouts. Workouts are great for pent up anger.

Usually I do. I might be a little short with people but I'll bottle most of it in and slowly release it until I've forgotten about it.

Anyone involved, its a well know medical fact, when people get
fired up so does their blood pressure. This is not good, for some
people with high blood pressure to begin with can cause medical
issues's.
