Not all vitamins are alike. If I knew what prenatal vitamins had in them, I would never have taken them. I was educated by a biochemist that synthetic vitamin/minerals are what are mostly soled in the market place and you only absorb approximately 15% of them. The rest puts stress on your kidneys and liver and are treated like toxins in the body.

That is why people going through cancer treatments are told not to supplement with vitamin/minerals because why would you put more stress on your endocrine system when going through such a toxic standard of care "if you survive it?"

Because we are deficient in vitamin/minerals we must get them the way our body recognizes them. In plant form. There is an excellent vitamin/mineral in plant form that is 100% absorbed by the body here: http://www.mannapages.com/mannalive
