some individuals are fat because they devour too a lot and are lazy, yet truly no longer all. I devour a lot less volume of food than every person in my kinfolk, and larger useful high quality food than every person in my kinfolk, yet i'm nonetheless the fattest in my kinfolk. I devour a lot less and larger useful than I did even as i become 20, yet i'm two times the dimensions. Genetics, sedentary artwork, actual ailments, hormonal ameliorations...who's conventional with what mix of aspects makes it that way? i'm no longer sitting in a muumuu in the front of the television with a container of Twinkies, yet i'm fat. Labeling it as a ailment shouldn't change that, nor supply it a magic pill to make it go away. it really is a symptom of a brilliant collection of alternative circumstances, both actual and psychological.

It isn't really a disease, and i don't really think its a lifestyle choice its more of a trap people fall into... mostly through problems and comfort eating and being lazy and not bothering to cook home meals and instead going to the local takeaways !!!

Actually, a friend of mine has a metabolic condition (I'm drawing a blank as to what it's called) that no matter what she eats her body will store most of it as fat. She's not morbidly obese, she watches her portions and still tries to eat as healthy as possible, but when compared to most people she has twice as much difficulty losing weight.
In that respect, I suppose it can be considered a disease.
