Ooh ooh ooh!! Pick me... I haven't been tickled good for maybe seven years...probably coz i wont let anyone but this time im willing
and also, this may sound really wierd, but i haven't experienced that urge to pee while being tickled for a long time...the true indication of a good tickle lol

If it's guaranteed to be good, I definitely do.
Maybe we really need some sort of board that can certify Skilled Ticklers - I shouldn't mind being part of the testing or training panel...
