It's just Drywall and not very big holes, just and indent of the Liscence Plate and a little hole. Thanks.

You should be able to fix this with just joint compound if it's just indented a little bit. Just don't put too much on at one time, as it will cup when it dries and be an obvious repair. It's better to do a couple of light coats and sand when you're done.

Rather than write you a dissertation of five hundred words on this subject that you might have a hard time understanding and would have to shoot with a screen capture device and then print out to follow--------I will just simply say----go to your nearest hardware and lumber supplier Lowe's--Home Depot---your choice and go to the section where the drywall is located and talk to the people there--most of these places have people on the floor that are extremely good at walking you through the processes and they have such things as patch kits and the like right there on hand and can talk you into enough knowledge of most small jobs to have you getting this thing done and out of your thoughts like double double chop chop !!!
