Waiarohia Structure plan?

Looking for information on the Waiarohia Structure Plan.
This is situated around the Airbase at west harbour

This plan is on hold pending the outcome of the Upper Wallemata Harbor Study. If approved by the City Council, this would allow subdivision (outside the airbase noise contour lines) down to 1 hectare from the current 4-hectare limit.
