I Hope you have some connection with Ireland because it is increasingly difficult to establish a social welfare claim ..If you are not claiming Asylum or Refugee Status then you need to show a connection or at least as far as to how come you are in Ireland making a Welfare claim yes things have changed slightly When I left Ireland there was no welfare benefits No work no eat . my lord how things have changed
