Never, as a matter of fact is the best. The other day I bought a book and received it in good condition as I was told. The next two months I received an email from them saying that "most of the people who bought that book also bought another one, which they show me and I bought it and its helping me tremendously, its like they are working for me. Good prices and good service.

I've bought books, CDs, DVDs and even food from them for years with no problems.
I do NOT however, buy items on- line that have size issues . . . that is complicated even in stores where you can try them on.
One item I wanted tho, did not have the run time specs (looking for Long Way Round / 10 hr version) & the rep said I had 30 days to return it , if it was not the item I was seeking.
So far, so good but now Jeff is going to outer space, so who knows what will happen :D !

VERY reliable.. I had a situation where I bought a book, but the seller never shipped it and cancelled their account. It took a couple of months, but after research, Amazon put the money back into my bank account. no questions asked.

I've bought about 50-60 books from them, and never had a problem.
I mostly buy used books, so they're being sent from regular people, not actually from amazon, so in that way, it's a lot like ebay, so it's possible to get stung, but I haven't yet.

I've never had a problem with Amazon, but I've had issues with registered book sellers through Amazon Marketplace.

Highly reliable. I live in Latin America and I've requested books and electronics from them and they've always arrived.
