Perhaps it was Paris Hilton. She too was spotted scratching that same area at a beach in CA. I'm sure you know exactly what it meant. She was on her way to the gynocologist to have that ointment prescribed for her. Anytime you see anyone with their legs spread apart and their hands are down there rubbing the area, it's because it's irritated. In other words, that person has a disease and needs medical help.
