sweetheart , you answered your own Question.. But, It seems {And I am NOT a Dr. } That you may have a little depression. Get out of the house if you can. If not, have someone come over and play cards, or something. I have found that if you get out of your own Head for a minute ...it helps.. FEEL BETTER soon,
