but seriously... im not asking this to be rude... its just that i have a bad history of trying to be nice to people... and its mostly the fat people who go ahead and throw anything back in my face... they make anything sound like an insult... im trying to be nice.

People who are insecure about the way they look tend to respond to a negative physical change (such as weight gain, wieght loss or some disfiguration) in one of two ways... either they withdraw and try not to be noticed because they don't feel they are worth looking at, or they overcompensate by becoming loud and obnoxious and expressing vanity, perhaps hoping someone will argue with them so they have someone (besides themselves) to take out some anger on. Until a person (male or female) becomes comfortable with who they are or makes the needed changes to become who they want to be, these tendencies will not subside.

No it is not. I know because of a side effect of a new medication I am on to keep me from bleeding to death (I have almost bled to death twice since August), I have gained 30 pound since November 4th.
I have gone from 123 pounds to 153 pounds. I am trying to acclimate myself to my new size but I have found that there is no shortage of people who will tell me just how large I look now. I am not louder, I am quieter. I do not like the new me but it sure beats the hell out of death, so I will try to be alright with it.
For those out there that have seen me and have noticed my difference in size, you don't need to tell me that I am huge, large, fat or my new favorite "bulky". I know I am bigger than I was 2 months ago. I am 5'7" so it isn't like I am huge but please stop telling me how large I am.

It always has seemed that way to me, I've wondered about that several times myself! Atleast i'm not the only one who thinks that and I wish some of those types would realize it and stop its very ugly to see or be around.

It's probably a defense-mechanism...they figure if theyre rude first, the haters will just leave them alone...keep being nice, they will know if you are sincere or not eventually.....
