You know, I weigh 90 lbs and rarely drink. It doesn't take that much for me to get drunk, so don't be so critical and say things like "don't get so jacked up". It's rude.

Eat a slice of bread before going to sleep, it will help absorb the alcohol, the next morning to help with the hangover drink a sports drink to hydrate the body. Some people swear by a glass of tomato juice. But I don't like that type of juice so I go with the bread and sports drink.
If you add salt to the beer it is suppose to the alcohol so you don't get as drunk, a friend used to do this so he could keep up with the rest of us. Also someone else I know used to put a clove under his tongue and he was able to drink without getting as intoxicated.
Also always remember beer before liquor never sicker, liquor before beer never fear.

Back in the days when I was young and foolish (!), I used to always eat something before bed, drink quite a lot of water, and take a good quality multivitamin, calcium, magnesium, vitamin c all before bed. In the morning if I was still feeling pretty rough,I used to have something to eat, some orange juice and more calcium and magnesium, and I used to get on my bike and work up a sweat. That usually did the trick for me.

carbohydrates....believe it or not !!!

try eating toast, pasta and stuff high in carbs...toast works the best though.

sip on Gatorade coz basically you are really dehydrated.

another thing is....one of the best cures in the world though its not the most appealing, especially the next day when u have a hangover.....in a large tall glass of orange juice add VERY LITTLE vodka or any other alcohol.... or then just have a little beer

this helps break down or metabolize the alcohol that is already present in ur system way way faster....

a tip for the next time ur out....try not to mix drinks....

and also one glass of water for every two drinks...goes a LOOONG way

i always take aspirin and glass of water BEFORE going to bed and i never have a hangover. some folks say that it's bad news to take aspirin if you have alcohol in your system; i've never had a problem; also i prefer ibuprofen over aspirin anyway.

Simply stated: moderation the night before... Think about it before you order/consume that next drink; are really going to feel better by consuming it?
