There are more troops than necessary for a security operation, and more troops than necessary to battle the insurgents, but not enough to do both. Sending in additional troops would probably be the most effective way to achieve the quickest successful end possible. All other proposals mean the stalemate continues or we pull out and watch Iraq disintegrate.

I'm pretty sure he doesn't "have to" do anything, but he will...against the advice of many...the people don't run the country and the Generals don't run the war.

He already does - troops and MONEY!!! The war is costing us lots of money and lots of lives. And its all about finding some hidden weapons - right???

Its President Bush and not sure,not sure how our military guys feel about that..,but I know we can pull out,we cant retreat.
