Hire a skip tracer. Or, if you still have their old application, and written permission to run a credit report, you could do that too. If it's been a couple months, their current address should show on it.

Skip tracers, give them their application (which should have their SSN) and the tracer should find their current location . . . although they may be unemployed, ill, injured and there is an old adage . . "you can't get blood out of a turnip".
First establish if they are working & have income to pay or if they are now indigent.

Here's a thought. Type up an envelope with your address (return) and your tenant's last known address on it--your apt add-- and type "ADDRESS CORRECTION REQUESTED" under your address. Then mail it. If they put in a mail forward, it'll come back to you with the new addy
