For Urinary tract infections it is recommended that you dilute 50/50. I know this as my wife is a Registered Nurse and she had a urinary tract infection. Good luck, and drink lots of yoru cranberry juice, its probably the best thing you can take!

If you have a true urinary tract infection you need REAL antibiotics. The sugar in the juice provides a food source for the bacteria that has infected in your bladder and makes matters WORSE. Cranberry is not a cure, sorry.
Over the counter medicine called Azo Standard can help with the pain until your antibiotics fight the infection. Untreated it can lead to kidney infections.
You need to see an m.d. right away, have your urine checked and then they'll let you know if you really have an infection. Walk in clinics take all kinds of insurance and will usually test your urine and provide treatment.

One thing to consider here, If your drinking any cranberry juice, it will contain to much sugar, Which isn't good for you in the first place.
Locate your local heath food store for an all natural cranberry drink or better yet cranberry pills with no sugar added.
I take these listed below in the source link, of course with plenty of water. No soft drinks or gaitoraid type of drinks.

Why diluate it? And do you have 100% cranberry juice or does it say Cranberry Juice--100% juice (which is a mixture of cranberry, grape, apple and other juices.) It's 100% juice, but not 100% cranberry juice.

well the less dilution the better, i guess, if you're trying to get the effects of the cranberry juice. don't dilute it at all if you can stand it. otherwise dilute it as much as you need to be able to drink it, and if you dilute it a lot, drink more.

You should try to not dilute it at all. I know it's gross, but full strength is best. It helps to have it super cold, over ice if possible. Then drink it as fast as you can! That's how I've always done it, be sure to have some water on hand to have a sip of after to get the taste out of your mouth.

Dilute it as much as you need to in order to drink it... it's not really the amount of other stuff that matters, it's the amount of juice you get down.
