Can not get horn to work or radio controls on steering column. Have checked fuses under the dash both sides and under the hood. Are there any more fuses that I am missing?

There are spring loaded contacts and slip rings in your steering wheel that makes those things work. You're probably going to have to take the wheel off to see what's wrong.

Could have a short or something in your steering column. If all the fuses are good, thats what I would look at.

take the horn wire and put it to any metal in the colum.... that should make it work..... if not start using a meter (DMM) or a test light to trace all the wires....
