If you mean south of the border as in the tourist place between North and South Carolina...I was there in July. We always stop en route from florida to NY. It's like the 1/2 way point and a great spot for leg stretching , for the kids to run around and play some arcade games and buy some silly souveniers. If you mean South of the border as in Mexico...geeez I went to Nogalis in 1983!If you meant south of the border as in south of the navel....my hubby is a big fan and we visit there often.
