Ok, picture this. You missed breakfast. Its lunchtime and you are hungry yet are gonna have to wait around another 30 minutes to get your lunch. You are walking down the street, a total stranger in front of you drops dead out of the blue. Massive heart attack. Instant death. While trying to revive him with CPR you notice he has a snickers bar sticking out of his shirt pocket. The bar hasnt been opened or touched in anyway. Hey, hes not gonna eat it now. Could you eat it, even though its been in a dead mans pocket? Remember how hungry you are!

Yeah I USED TO BE hungry, but then this total stranger drops dead out of the blue right in front of me. Don't you just love the Autopsy rooms on TV and movies? They always have to EAT!!

No way, that Snickers bar is cursed if you take it. I would wait 30 minutes, besides the sight of a guy dropping dead would probably decrease my appetite.

Of course. I would eat it if he had taken a bite out of it and then choked to death. I mean, it is sad that he died, right? But what did the candy bar do to be abandoned like that. If you don't eat it you are doing an injustice to candy bars everywhere, and that makes you like Hitler, Stalin, and Martha Stewart.
Think of how the candy bar's self esteem would be effected.
