Dress decently and see if he still sexually harasses you, then report him as a threat to you if he does. Try the school authorities or your parents. Neither of them work, there are women's protection places to ask for help from his harrassment. But you have such a teen ATTITUDE! Everyone can't be as perfect at the arrogant you. You have an attitude about everyone it seems. Just like ALL the popular 14 year old girls when I was a kid were. Yuck! I'd rather be with the creepy guy than a bad attitude snip like you! The teacher's stupid, the kids a loser, I am SO PERFECT and SO SICK of all these people who don't measure up to my COOL WAYS attitude in you sucks. But I envy you for being one of the I bet coolest kids in that school and loaded with friends since you are that attitude. You insist on dressing like a hoe, you're going to attract the not so attractive as well as the attractive boys. "I mean like WHAT, so I can't blame myself for looking hot...haha I love my phat wearing booty shorts, but hate that attention this guy gives me (other guys I dont mind haha! ;)"
