As answers have said before ..take the battery out put a towel over a radiator and put your phone on it ! it must be completely dry.. so leave it for about a day to dry out ..you might be lucky ..powering your phone whilst wet will cause electrolytic action which if that occurs under the chips inside will ruin your phone..

The way to dry out a mobile phone is to put it in the crisper drawer of you refrigerator and set it to driest. This is what a technician told me for my phone after my three year old gave it a bath in my coffee. I rinsed my phone then dried it off as well as I could, then put it in the fridge. It took a couple of days to dry out and yes it worked. I was very surprised. ( you have to take the battery and any memory chips out and place them with the phone in the drawer to get the best results)

I dropped my phone in the toilet and it still worked. My husband's phone went around in the washer and once it dried out, it still worked. Give it a day or two to dry out. Make sure it's left in a window or something so the sun can help dry it. If it doesn't work in a few days after being dried out, I'd say it's pretty much a loss.

1. take out the battery ASAP! Dry it up with a hair blower.
2. Try to get the phone thoroughly dried.
if you do it fast enough it works. At least it did when i dropped my V3 in a stream.

It will work if you immediately take apart the phone, ie; Battery cover and battery. Next dry them with a soft cloth. next let them air dry and dont attempt to cut them on for about a day.
