Your simply not finished Honey! Tell him to finish what he started. This has happened to others and I wouldn't say its normal because I'm not a doctor. Sounds like a hickey! It'll probably go away on its own. If it hurts, you may want to call your doctor or visit your doctor to see what you can do (if there are any creams you can use to numb the pain that are safe for that area).
