ok so iv watched love hina and it seems like a U kind of program, but when i yahoo image the word love hina it come sup wit clips from the movie making it look like a big porno, is there 2 versions or summit :S

No, there is only 1 Love Hina.
As far as Anime Genre's go it is an "Ecchi" anime. Ecchi is derived from the letter H - H being the first letter of Hentai - Anime profanity.
Love Hina is indeed a little risky in some parts, making double meanings in some translations, and mild nudity scenes, aswell as "compramising" situations.
So yeah, if your thinking of letting a minor watch it, as you say its a U, I'd advise against it.

Well this could be one of 2 things.Either you've found clips of certain parts (the japanese have a thing with putting pervy/mature scenes and themes in their anime) or what you're seeing is not love hina.With any popluar anime there are bound to be some hentai rip-offs.
I not sure what you mean by "U kind of Program". But most regular/real anime is NOT for little kids...I'd say teenages at very least. if you want something for little kids stick to Pokemon.
Now I don't know what you saw. But as an anime fan.
I have watched the love hina series and it's not bad.

love hina is a romantic comedy where this guy fall in love with this girl in an all girls dormotory. this is not a porno! believe me if this was a porno i would have known it because i have every volume and every anime of it out there!
