One of the best was in Season 8 with the Rocket House or whatever it was called. It was where the plant had a team building practice in the mountains. So Burns walks in at the start of the day whistling and all happy. Smithers asked him if he'd like some coffee. He said no he was upbeat and awake on joy or whatever. Then they showed the clock move like 5-10 minutes and he was about to pass out and says Smithers I'll take that coffee now.
The classic though is "Beer the cause of and solution to all of the World's problems" Homer Simpson.

Then the one with the cat burgler on the smartline they were talking to Homer about his justice group
Kent: So how do you explain that even though crime is down like 50% yet beatings with sacks full of doorknobs is up 200%
Homer: Oh Kent I'd be lying if I said my men weren't committing crimes.
Another classic from that one was Lisa asked if they were the police who would police the police and Homer said I don't know the Coast Guard.
