Why not just buy a tight pair of black trousers, wear a brightly coloured shirt (preferably pink) and wear it open to the navel. You can then go as a Latin dancer. Everyone will be trying the tuxedo thing, so why not dare to be a little different!
If you are that set on having a tux just hire one.
