A leap person is a person who is born on February 29th. Obiviously, that doesn't happen very often, since leap years are every 4 years. My friend was born on Feb. 29, 1988. On regular years, his birthday is celebrated on Feb. 28, on the leap years, his b-day is celebrated on it's actual day Feb. 29.

A leap person has their birthday on February 29th. Since that day only comes around once every 4 years they either celebrate on the 28th of February or the 1st of March, or both!! Lots of places have special parties for little ones that have that birthday. I know that Build-a-Bear does something special when it is the 29th of February.

If my toddler is born 4 days early, i'd have a leap three hundred and sixty 5 days toddler, too! i imagine that, like each issues, it relies upon on the toddler no matter if or not they are going to like it or hate it. yet, i comprehend that if I honestly have a leap three hundred and sixty 5 days toddler, we can make a huge deal out of it!
