There are two things to the matter.
Firstly, check if you are being too over-protective of your friend. This can happen to you when you really really like your friend and has happened to me too. He may be the right guy for her. But your love for your friend may make him seem otherwise...
Secondly, if you are so sure that the guy isn't good, its really not good to speak to her directly. You'll be spoiling your relation with her. All you can do now is, give her indirect advise. Ask her to stay in limits and not get into any kind of physical relation with her boyfriend. Just tell her that you care for her and would like to see her happy.

Interfere! He doesn't like her and she appears to be I will be polite naieve. She is the typical girl that gets pregnant and ends up on welfare. If she is still with someone that doesn't treat her right and will accept the gift of dicckk vs a card at least she is DENSED! TELL HER TO MOVE ON. He doesn't need an explanation. Oh thats a very poor condition ... U better try to make her understand that its not her correct age for doing all these things .. You should never encourage your ur friends in having a contact with these kinda guys .... Express your view in doing these things about to her ... explain her that she is not yet matured enough ... So Just let her know that it is a bad thing to do like tht .. Tell her it is a sin

That is wrong and illegal, if you are really worried you can tell her parents and even the police. It is a crime for him to sleep with a minor and could buy him a couple years in jail. To make your friend not do it you might tell her that if she likes him she wouldnt do it cuz it could get him into alot of trouble

Be a good friend and talk with her. Make sure you tell her to be care full. You might want to tell her that if her boyfriend has sex with her he can be arrest for stature rape. Just an added bonus.

First of all, tell her mother, and tell your mother, because 13 is to young, and she might even get preganant, and plus isn't it illegal to date someone who is like 5 years older than u, when ur so young?
