Does anyone else think this is just a scam for money?

I think it is a big scam! To me it looks like Tigger and the kid were just horsing around and it looks like Tigger was about to fall. Like he lost his balance. How well can the actors see in those costumes anyways? I don't think the kid was Tigger bopped on purpose! And if he was, so what? He wasn't hurt! And the kid is way too old to be "psychologically damaged" by a Disney toon hitting him. It's not like he will be afraid of cartoons now. If the kid is damaged by this in anyway it will be because all his friends will be teasing him for posing for pictures with Tigger in the first place!

Yeah the kid was doing something...maybe messing with the tail, not too mention it didn't look like tigger really hit him. The way he discribed it made it seem a lot worse than what happened on the video When I saw the video I was fully expecting Tigger to take an actual swing at the kid. That was more like a nudge or tap or something.
The parents are using it as an excuse to get money from disney.
Not that I'm against that, but can't they just sue for the crappy corporate-brainwashing TV programs they make?
Aren't there any laws against pointless, money-grubbing lawsuits?

I agree. It really does look like Tigger was trying to balance himself amidst the playing. This second time Tigger has been in trouble. The first was when it was claimed that he touched a young girl inappropriately. It was proved that the actor could not properly see along with being in a bulky suit. Needless to say, I imagine a lot of things happen accidently. The parents are just greedy. I was born in 1976, yeah!

Yes.. the kid was probally messing with Tigger. Did you notice his hand behind Tiggers back?

From what I saw in the news clip I have to agree with SunnyChic's answer. My remaining question is what about the other little kids that saw this incident? What were their reactions?
