From the sources I've read if Antarctica melted the seas would rise in height 200 feet (61 m) If Greenland melted the seas would rise 20 feet (7 M)

In feets. Only certain coastal cities would be flood. There is a lot of water in the poles, but the ocean is huge too. I think the greater problem is tides are larger. We do have defense against the rise of sea level. New Orleans and the Netherlands build dams to keep the ocean out.

I've read that there is enough water frozen in Antarctica to raise the sea level by about 200 feet.
