I played WoW for about 4 hours a day (way too much for me) and my grades were suffering. I went out a bought a few good books and magazines and started taking walks when I felt like getting in game. It also helped me to hang out with my friends and family more. Once you get yourself out of the house, whether it's going to a party or just grocery shopping, you'll feel better and the desire to hop online will eventually fade.

If it is, just find a new hobby, go out and hike, bike, adopt an animal, skydive. Just go and have fun! Take care. :)
