I love the girl name Sydney and considered using that for my daughter. Sydney Layla flows very well, and I like both names together. I personally prefer the spelling Sidney because names with y's replacing i's just look a bit trendy to me. 2 Thumbs way up for this combo.
Cilas: I am not sure how to pronounce this name and have never heard it before. I would be hesitant to use a name that teachers or people have trouble pronouncing and/or spelling. The same goes for Eron. I would choose an easier, cleaner name for the 1st..then use either Cilas or Eron as a middle.

I love the name Sydney Layla. and i dont think she'll get teased for that cuz i know someone named Sydney. But i'm not sure about Cilas. i dont know if he'll get teased alot but u may want to take it into consideration. remember they to liver with these names and they have to be able to say there own name as well as others. but it is ok to different.

It all depends on what you like and works with your last name. When I named my daughter fifteen years ago (Sydney), I was told it was a boys name and so on, today it seems to have become popular. Don't worry about what people say (kids will tease anyone about anything and the name doesn't matter).
Pick a name you love ( a few just in case) and when you look at your baby for the first time you'll know if the name suits them.

Sydney is nice.
Cilas Eron leaves much to be desired. If you absolutely insist on going with this for a name, at least spell it "Silas".

Cilas is very nice. I've seen it spelled Silas.
Sydney is ok, but everyone will think you are saying "Cindy" and she will constantly be asked to repeat her name and spell it.
I babysat for a Sydney and that was the problem she had.

I like Cilas, although it reminds me of Silas Marner. I'm not sure how to pronounce "Eron". I like the name Sydney, Layla reminds me of Eric Clapton's song. Most importantly, it will be your child...your opinion matters most. Congratulations on being pregnant!

I like the girls name a lot.
Your boys name sounds nice, but I don't like the spelling of it. I prefer Aaron for the spelling of the middle name.
Ultimately this is YOUR baby and everyone is going to have a comment on any name you choose. Pick the one you love or you may regret it for a very very long time.

be careful with your boy's name. He might be made fun of by saying silly as*. I really like the name Sydney but I'm not sure about Layla. This is just my opinion.
