I was exercising yesterday and woke up today with a pulled muscle in my lower back/butt area. It really hurts when I walk and I was wondering what the best way to help the pain would be.

I have had the same thing and did several things. I iced it first for several hours the soaked in a hot tub and then I have a TENS Unit that I use for injuries which works wonders!

alternating heat and ice always works for me, and if you are not allergic to motrin or ibuprofin as directed on the bottle would probobly help. Then after it starts feeling better some gentle stretching of the affected area would help loosen the muscles up. If after that you are still feeling pain see your doctor. good luck!

take lot of fluid n massage area
analgesics wont work try local application of drugs
take a warm tub bath to relax
avoid strainig the muscle fr some time

I pulled a muscle from sex and I got some cream from the dr

I might say no to football for a couple of days or till it entirely recovers. What you have to do is raise your leg and ice it simply relax for your mattress and ask your mother to supply u ibeuprofen or a few form. I am presently doing the equal because of my knee harm. I wish you consider greater guy

It will hurt but you just gotta walk it out warm your muscles up if they get cold it will hurt more trust me. but just for some pain relief i would suggest and advil or a tylenol.
