Sen. Joe Lieberman warned that "while we are naturally focused on Iraq, a larger war is emerging. On one side are extremists and terrorists led and sponsored by Iran, on the other moderates and democrats supported by the United States."

Not surprised by the comment he is a snake in the grass! He is a huge supporter of Iraq war and like Bush he is using the scare tactic to get support for USA or Israel to attack Iran! He could care less for this country or the people!

Interesting and worthy of consideration. Just as interesting are the comments and answers by the readers of your question. The difference is that many of the reader comments are not worthy of consideration, they are just knee-jerk party-line responses.
I only wonder why Lieberman included moderates. I would like to understand what his thoughts are on that.

I think it's dead on, and all the more reason Iraq will become a basis point of much larger goings on in the future.

Considering the fact that Lieberman claims he will vote democratic in the Senate, I find it rather amusing. I lost all respect for that clown when he laughed at that disgusting video Bush made about finding the missing WMD's in the Oval Office.
Guess the truth hurts.

Mr. Lieberman would say his mother was Bin Ladin and turn her in if he thought it could get him into the White House.

I think God quit talking to Bush and Pat Robertson, and started talking to Joe Lieberman!
Or, he has been speaking our troops, who realize this is just the beginning.
