Ok the deal is that I wanna go to another school, a better school, but they wont take me becuase my uncle is not my legal guardian! So I want to know how to make my uncle my legal guardian! my dad agrees! I went to this place and they sent me to the bank, and at the bank they told me that I need it a letter that says that my uncle is gonna be my legal guardian! and that the school should give me that letter! How can I ask the school? Do they have to give me that letter for my dad and the bank to sign???

He can officially become your legal guardian if HE goes to a courthouse and executes the simple procedure.

Talk to a lawyer. It might be as simple as signed/notorized letters from your uncle and father each stating that your uncle is your guardian.
But, it might be a lot more.
A lawyer will be able to tell you what you need and the specifics of your city/state.
