Get some detergent powder (tide or arm and hammer) and pour a cap or two on the shorts with hot water in tub, stir the powder detergent abit and let it soak a few hours...it'd be gone
If the beige is near white...then a small amount of bleach can help but make sure you check the bleaching progression!

I have never had this happen before. Hopefully you didn't dry them. Drying will set the stains. I would wash again in warm water, your regular laundry soap, bleach made for colors, and 1 cup of baking soda. Let them soak for at least 1 hr. I would soak them all day or all night. I use baking soda in almost all my laundry, especially whites. It gets them so white, and eliminates any orders. Good luck!

If you have not dried them, take them to the cleaners. Somethimes they can restore them.
What ever you do, do not dry them or use warm water on them.
