in your case it wold be a misdemeanor considering the size of the weener

Should be. And if I catch anyone peeing on my truck or car or SUV, I will treat it AT LEAST as vandalism, and the "pee -er" will truly get the wrong end of the encounter. God Bless you.

vandalism, no. Arrestable? Yes, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct- if you DID do this, what possible positive effect or outcome could this have for you ? none. remember, living well is the best revenge, not peeing on someone's car

It is only vandalism if you actually damage the vehicle. They could arrest you for the exposure of private parts.

They could actually charge you with malicious wounding because of the law against using body fluids against someone.They once charged a prostitute with attempted murder when she bit a cop.the Aids thing played into it.
