Anywhere in a Muslim country or Communist China would be the best bet.
If you don't go to a place like that you will get to put up with Christmas adverts, people like me who love Christmas and all it stands for, and just might have to listen to hundreds of "Happy Christmas" and "Merry Christmas" well wishings.

Seriously, your best bet is to go on vacation to one of the Pacific island or Japan. But participation in Christmas celebrations is always a choice. There have been times I have chosen to participate with family and friends, and times when I have prefered to stay home alone and pamper myself.
