What I always do is write it down. Read it, absorb it as much as you can, and then write it - don't type it. See if it works for you. Oh, and flashcards can be pretty helpful as well.

Obviously, taking notes, and paying attention is key but also very usefull is ask questions no matter what, Dont feel stupid about asking. Also when you need to memorize facts, or words, try to make a saying using the first letters of the words you are trying to remember.. For example My Very Earnest Mother Just Showed Us Nine Planets... (order of the planets...Mercury, Venus, Earth......etc.)

My Psychology professor advised our classification once that inspite of you've happening round you if you're examining, is going to be a set off for the duration of your try. as an example, i might want to drink red Bull even as examining, so I also took it to classification and drank it in the course of the try. you are able to also use song as a cue, in case your instructor helps using iPods. yet another ingredient to do is to take Ginko Biloba. it really is uncertain to artwork, in spite of the undeniable fact that it truly is been shown to help lots of those with little while period memory. i hit upon the most useful thanks to keep in options stuff is to apply flashcards and examine out myself repeatedly till I honestly have memorized the options. I write each of the options the nighttime in the previous and commence quizing myself about an hour in the previous the try.
