I think it's a tossup between Switzerland and Denmark.

I'm going to guess Australia as the most developed country not hated.
I know Switzerland, Denmark, and The Neatherlands are neutral countries so It may actually be one of them.

if you mean the most "populated" or "populous" that would be China. then India, then the USA. If you mean the one which all other countries owe money to, that would be the USA hands down. But the US hasn't been big on popularity polls lately so I'd have to go with New Zeeland. I mean, hey, who doesn't like kiwi fruits? Or apples? Or gorgeous movie location shots?

It is the USA of course. Every one loves America and Americans.
Americans may not think so but other countries do.
America is loved and hated, but most of all loved more than any other country. Not to say anything about the green back.
Try to spend a Canadian dollar or a Swiss frank, or a Japanese yen anywhere but home.. Welcome American! we love the USA..
