his new plan is the same as the old plan, we have tried more troops twice before and gotten nowhere, we have replaced generals and gotten nowhere, the generals he is replacing the old ones with you must see are the ones that worked under the generals being replaced so the policy will not change, the governement will not be asked to make major strides and as before there will be schedules and timetables set that mean nothing. So the New Plan is really just a different take on the old one.

No . The only way is to withdraw from Iraq and leave Iraqi people to resolve their own problems by themselves only .The civil war will stop soon after withdrawal.

No. It is now a civil war. How many times has he increased troops, and it gets worse and worse. His whole plan is to just increase troops again. He is too much of a weenie to admit he screwed up and to just get out! We are not wanted there, and the more troops we put there, the more deaths we will see.
