Simple math:

30 x 1152 = 34560 seconds

34560 / 60 = 576 minutes

576 / 60 = 9.6 hours

0.6 x 60 = 36 minutes

So it is 09:36:00

First find the total number of seconds it plays:
30 * 1152 = 34,560 seconds total

Now convert to minutes (60 seconds in 1 minute):
34,560/60 = 576 minutes

Now figure out how many hours that is (60 min. in 1 hr):
576/60 = 9 remainder 36, or 9 hours, 36 min.

So to put it in the format you want:
09:36:00
(9 hrs, 36 min, 0 seconds)

30 seconds = .5 minutes
Total time played is .5(1152) = 576 minutes
576/60 = 9.6 hours
9.6 hours = 9 hours and 36 minutes, or in your notation,
09:36:00

1152 * 30 = X

X = number of seconds commercial played all day

X / 60 = Y

Y = number of minutes commercial played all day

Y / 60 = Z

Z = number of hours commercial played all day

with this information, you should be able to figure it out easily.
