When they let us take over all finances- just give us their paycheck and never ask questions. The clincher is when they go to the store to buy our tampons and other femine products, especially after they said they would NEVER do that!!!

Good question. Honestly we don't ever own your soul. We all have the freedom of choice. Having said that, I know I'm loved to the point of complete trust when I see it in his eyes. It could be the simpliest of times or the most difficult. For me, it has been most apparent when I am not expecting to be accepted and loved and I am. When I don't feel perfect, when I am not proud of myself or my actions and I look up and see this person who absolutely accepts me, respect me and loves me. That's when I know.

When you can do all kinds of shitty things to them, and they still keep coming around. I never did anything like that, but I was dating this older guy who had this psycho ex girlfriend that kept calling him and telling all her friends they were back together. he told me she got drunk and slept with someone else, and broke up with him a few times, then after he started dating someone else she came back wanting to date him again. and the crazy thing is, that he allowed her to call him, and he kept her number in his cell phone, and continuously talked about what a nut she was, but I knew better. and I found out that the jerk was out with her around Christmas, and when i asked him about it he said "I guess I'm not ready to let her go" THAT is when you know you have a man wrapped around your little finger.
