I usually don't get these, but I still don't want to take drugs for it. Any suggestions on some all natural cures for sinus infections?

Golden seal may help you. I found a liquid herbal remedy by St. Francis Farms called Echinaseal that has Cayenne, Propolis, Golden seal, Echinacea among other things. I used this plus single Golden seal and got rid of a sinus infection, but it can take longer than regular drugs. Be careful with golden seal and do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding, and use caution if you have high blood pressure, and don't use for long periods of time. You could also try a natural saline nasal wash to clear out excess mucus. Also try eucalyptus essential oil in a diffuser to help with breathing and cleansing the air.

There are no natural cures for a true sinus infection. Left untreated it can cause more damage. See the doc if truely have a sinus infection.

As an RN, I know of no alternative cures for sinus infections. They are usually viral in nature, but can be casued from bacteria, and if left untreated can make you very sick. My advice..see a doctor. Then one you are recovered, take ecchinacea, an herb that helps to strengthen the immune system

i have started getting sinus infections this past year and have had4. the first two i had antibiotics and the last two i took an herb called fenugreek. it worked as well as the antibiotics did. i try to take it every day now to prevent any further complications, and sinc i have been taking it i haven't had sinus trouble number one. it is all natural hope this helps

There are no natural cures. Just go to the doctor and get some antibiotics. Don't let it wait. If you let it wait too long you might need surgery.

Steam...anything from a really hot shower to placing your head over a steaming pot of water. You could also try getting a face massage, it usually help to clear up your sinuses.

Antibiotics are the only meds that work for me.
