There's a great catalog for kids 0-3 years old called One Step Ahead and their online site seach came up with all kinds of scooters for toddlers. The direct site is listed below, otherwise go to www.onestepahead.com and search for scooters. I'm sure she will love any of them :) I have a 2 1/2 year old boy that loves everything I get for him from this site. He has a Power Wheels Quad from Fisher Price that I purchased at Wal-Mart for his first birthday and he loves to ride around on that all over the house. Good luck!

Groove n Go Scooter by Safety 1st avaiable at toysrus
or Pink Power Racer Battery-Powered Ride-On by step2

Never let your kid alone when she is riding these toys. 2 year olds don't have the coordination for street environments best to use these toys only in parks etc... .

At Target, there are Barbie, Bratz, Disney Princesses and non character three wheel scooters, that provide extra stability or two wheel scooters. There is also the matching safety gear (helmets, knee pads) and accessories.
