CITRIC ACID WILL DO THE TRICK MY DEAR

Your local janitorial supply store carries a hydrochloric acid that works the best for removing any mineral buildup. Purchase one that has a high percentage of hydrochloric acid, the weaker ones are like cleaning with water. Be sure to follow the directions closely, and do not let set for very long on ceramic tile or it will deglaze the tile. Wear protective gloves and eyewear, work in a ventilated area.
