Ok the deal is that I wanna go to another school, a better school, but they wont take me becuase my uncle is not my legal guardian! So I want to know how to make my uncle my legal guardian! my dad agrees! I went to this place and they sent me to the bank, and at the bank they told me that I need it a letter that says that my uncle is gonna be my legal guardian! and that the school should give me that letter! How can I ask the school? Do they have to give me that letter for my dad and the bank to sign???

I would say call a lawyer and they can draw up papers that your dad could sign over guardianship to your uncle... he wouldn't necessarily have to adopt you....

i dont think it should matter if he's your legal guardian or not. if your new residency is at your uncles house then the school should take you.
i would just tell the NEW school that your dad lives at the uncle's address and say screw it.

You'll actually have to get a lawyer. You'll need to have your uncle adopt you.
