Where can I download a sponsorhip form?

I'm running a marathon in March and want to raise some money for a good cause, do you know a charity site which has a sponsorship form to download and print?

I need an official one from a charity with details on where to send the money. Cheers.

No I dont know where to get them from but if you go to google.co.uk & then type in Sponsorship Forms & see what the search engine comes up with.

you could make your own on publisher....it's easy to do
