Your girlfriend has as yeast infection? If she is on the contraceptive pill, then the meds that the doc gave her will stop her pill working for a week. You also need to give the infection time to go away, otherwise you'll get it on your penis, and then give it back to your girlfriend, just when she thought she had gotten rid of it!

You do not want to give your girlfriend oral while she has a fungal infection. You'll get the same infection in your mouth.

She has a yeast infection so if you have sex you could get it and pass it back to her. If you do oral sex again you could get it in the mouth and then you would need treatment. Since you apparently had sex before she got treated you should see your doc and get checked out.

It would really be in her best interest if you guy completely withheld from any contact with each other. you need to give her time to heal an get rid of the fungus.
