can you get pregnant after you tie your tubes? i heard of many women telling me they did, but i was told you can cant carry it full term, can you?

As a matter of fact, my Step mom who is almost 40 has had her tubes tide for 16 yrs and guess what she just found out....She is pregnant!!!!! Well she also miscarried by falling off a ladder, but point is, yes you defiantly can!

There are rare cases where women get pregnant after a tubal ligation, but I don't see why that would effect being able to carry to term or not. The baby grows in your uterus, not your tubes.

My mom had her's tied and never got PG again. The only way is if it was not done correctly, then they can grow back together...

if the operation wasn't done correctly, then yes. sometimes they can grow back together. the procedure can also be reversed. i have a friend who had it reversed and is preggers and doing great.
